INDOZONE.ID – Erling Haaland did not stop scoring goals for Manchester City. Most recently, Haaland was the hero of Man City’s win over Borussia Dortmund on matchday two of the 2022/2023 Champions League Group G.
Yes, Haaland scored the second goal in Man City’s 2-1 win over Dortmund at the Etihad Stadium at the same time.
Haaland was able to score Man City’s winning goal against Dortmund very nicely. He released his left volley while catching the ball from Joao Cancelo.

After scoring the beautiful goal, Haaland was then hailed by his coach Pep Guardiola as the embodiment of Dutch football legend Johan Cruyff. Furthermore, when Cruyff was active as a footballer, he scored a goal just like Haaland.
“Probably those who know me know the influence of Johan Cruyff in my life as a person, a mentor, a manager,” Guardiola said.
“A few years ago, Johan Cruyff scored an incredible goal at the Camp Nou against Atletico Madrid, that goal was the same as Haaland’s today and when he did it I thought ‘Johan Cruyff’, it’s very similar.”
Thanks to this victory, Man City are strengthening themselves at the top of the 2022/2023 Champions League Group G standings. The team nicknamed The Citizens have now collected six points from two matches played.
